Shipping Policy

We understand you are excited to receive your items and work hard to ensure we ship in a timely manner.  Please allow 1-2 days for processing for all ready-to-ship items.  Custom design work can take up to 7 days to process, dependent upon the choice for design.

Custom orders will receive a design approval prior to production.  Production of custom orders (including color blocking and dry brushing) will require additional production time than ready to ship orders.

All packages are shipped via USPS with specific shipping rates by product included at checkout.

Please be aware during the holiday season, we are unable to guarantee the specific dates your items will arrive.  During high-peak seasons, please plan ahead to ensure you have plenty of time to receive your order.

From time to time, we will take a much-needed vacation!  Please note, we will indicate if we are on vacation on our homepage.  Orders may still be placed, but will not be fulfilled until we return.
